Terms and Conditions for Femme Creative Website Giveaway

1. Eligibility

• This competition is open to business owners aged 18 and over. Participants must be residents of Australia.

2. Prize

• The prize consists of a free website design service with a maximum value of $10,000. This includes design, development, and launch of the website.

3. Hosting Agreement

• The winner agrees to host their new website with Femme Creative for a minimum of one year. The basic hosting package starts at $25 per month. Any additional hosting packages will be discussed with the winner.

4. Entry Requirements

• To enter the competition, participants must tag 3 friends, like the competition post, and comment on whether they or someone they know is in need of a new website. Participants must also be following Femme Creative on social media.

5. Winner Selection

• The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries and announced on 15/11/2024. The winner will be contacted via direct message.

6. Acceptance of Terms

• By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

7. Publicity

• The winner agrees to allow Femme Creative to use their name, business name, and website for promotional purposes.

8. Modification and Cancellation

• Femme Creative reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Femme Creative is not responsible for any technical issues or entry errors. By entering, participants agree to release Femme Creative from any liability associated with the competition.

10. Plug-ins

• Any necessary plug-ins required for the website will be paid for by the business owner, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
